Look Out! Law of Attraction Blogger Gone Wild

I have known for most of my life that I have a flair for writing. I have long since been deeply in love with the English language after discovering Jane Austin at the tender age of 12. I am sure you can tell from my previous posts that I really should have been a writer in the 18th century due to my penchant for lengthy descriptions and extraordinarily wordy paragraphs. But I digress!

Back to the story!

I wanted to share all the knowledge that I was receiving with the world and the fastest and easiest way of doing this was by blogging. I had previously dabbled in Internet Marketing and the whole ‘make money online’ thing so I had enough knowledge of Blogger, Wordpress and HTML to be able to put together a pretty decent blog.

I chose a Blogspot blog as I found that platform to be the easiest for getting up a blog fast. Now please don’t start commenting about how great Wordpress is as you will be preaching to the already converted and fully baptized. I am simply nostalgic at heart and always tend to go back to Blogger, there’s no real reason for it.

Any how, I set up my first blog and I called it Inspired Journey. I was terribly proud of myself and my newest ‘child’ and I was determined to watch it grow up into a big bold blog, that would be as popular with the search engines as it was with my millions of readers.

I was not disappointed. My blog did in fact take off and I began to get many regular commenter’s, readers and followers. I was very happy and proud of my blog and I enjoyed writing it immensely. But I was not destined to write it for very long because about eight months after I stated the blog I received a complete business idea and plan, and my life again took off in a different direction.

I use the words “received a business” because that is literally what happened. I had begun to question what my purpose was in the world and I had come to the conclusion that I did not want to do the work I was doing for the rest of my life but I did not know what I was going to do instead.

One morning I was just waking up and I had what my cousin calls a “come to Jesus.” An epiphany if you like. I woke up with an idea for a business in my head. But this was not just a vague idea; I knew what the business would entail, what it would be called and what the essential function of the business would be.

I had never been so sure of anything in my life and I was sure that this was a message sent directly to me from the universe in response to my query as to what my purpose was. I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I had to start the business that had been placed in my lap so to speak, and I clearly remembered Dr Joe Vitale’s words from The Secret, he said, “the universe likes speed, when the idea is there, when the intuitive nudge from within is there, act, that’s your job.”

So I jumped straight into action, and in my next post I will tell you all about what happened to my Inspired Journey blog after my “law of attraction epiphany.”
